To reset your Business Connect app or Voice Manager password:
- Open the App or browse to the Voice Manager login page.

- Click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom.
- Click the Reset button.
- Wait for an email containing a password reset link.
- Click the reset password link in the email.
- Update your password as needed.
