Record a personalized Business Connect Voicemail Greeting from a Deskphone

To record a personalized Voicemail Greeting for your Business Connect extension from a Deskphone:

1. Push the Voice Mail button or dial *86 from your deskphone
2. Enter your PIN followed by the pound or number sign (#)
3. Press (2) for the Account Administration menu
4. Press (2) for the Record your Greetings menu
5. Press (2) for the Record your Voice Mail Greeting menu
6. Press (3) to Change / Record your Voice Mail
   1. Press (2) to listen to the Voice Mail Greeting
   2. Press (2) to re-record to the Voice Mail Greeting
7. Press (1) to Save the Voicemail Message
