- From a landline or from your new TELUS device, call 1-877-868-3587.
- Press 1 for English or 2 for French.
- Enter in or Say your mobile. number for which you are transfering.
- Say "Finish my transfer".
- Say "Yes" to complete the transfer.
Your transfer is successfully completed when your TELUS phone has full functionality and your old service provider phone is deactivated. You may need to reboot your phone for it to see the number update.
If the transfer request has not been successful, you will be asked to please contact your account administrator.
