You can transfer a call directly to a voicemail by performing a blind transfer. Blind transfers only show the originating Caller ID.
To transfer a call directly to someone’s voicemail, do a blind transfer and press *0 followed by the extension, instead of just the extension:
- During an active call, press Trans (Transfer) key.
- Press the Blind button (far right button under the screen).
- Press *0 (asterisk, and then zero).
- Enter the extension number of the voicemail where you want to transfer the call.
The caller is then sent to the voicemail of the extension number you entered.
