SETTING UP BLACKBERRY (BIS) EMAIL

1. Go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=telus
2. Click on Create New Account
3. Read the Terms and Conditions and click the checkbox for "I have read and understand the Legal Terms and Conditions"
4. Click the Agree button
5. Type in your Device PIN
   • Found on your Blackberry box
   • If you do not have the Blackberry box, from your Blackberry main screen:
     1. Go to and click on Options
     2. Go to and click on Status
     3. Look for the PIN field
6. Type in  your device's IMEI or ESN
   • Found on your Blackberry box
   • If you do not have the Blackberry box, from your Blackberry main screen:
     1. Go to and click on Options
     2. Go to and click on Status
     3. Look for the IMEI or ESN field
7. Click the Continue button
8. Type in your desired user name to log into the BIS account
   (recommend: firstname.lastname)
9. Type in your desired Password
10. Click the Continue button
11. Go to the bottom of the screen and type in a user name for a Blackberry email account
    (recommend: firstname.lastname)
12. Click the Continue button
13. Done!

• If you want to add additional email addresses to your Blackberry, you can do so at the main after setting up your account or logging in.
